Dr. Gorham's career in business and higher education encompasses a broad range of disciplines and responsibilities, including executive coaching and leadership development, strategic planning, project execution, organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and process optimization. His passions also include teaching business courses as a university professor. Dr. Gorham is also Founder of G2 Strategic Partners, a coaching and consulting firm for leadership development and organizational transformation.


His experiences have been honed through leadership roles in the consumer products, healthcare, supply chain and logistics, media and communications, and financial services industries. His formal credentials include a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Regent University, a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University. Dr. Gorham also attain the coveted Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.

As a scholar-practitioner and hands-on leader that thrives in a fast-paced environment, Dr. Gorham has been able to apply theoretical knowledge in the workplace to develop high performing teams and accountability. Through servant leadership, he has mentored and motivated teams to execute with precision and deliver high quality results in both domestic and multinational organizational environments.
